FAQ
- How do I get the TruCitizen app?
- Head to the home page, choose Android or iOS, and scan the QR code or use the download link. Store links go live with the public launch.
- How fast will support reply?
- Emails with the [TruCitizen] prefix in the subject are auto-prioritised. Expect a response within 1–2 business days.
- How do I request data deletion?
- Email support@crejik.com with the subject "[TruCitizen] Data Principal Request" from your registered email address, or use Profile → Delete account in the app.
- How do I report content or request a refund?
- Write to support@crejik.com with the subject "[TruCitizen] Report" or "[TruCitizen] Refund request" within 7 days of the transaction. If your purchase was made through the app store's own purchase system, the refund is handled by that store — the app shows you the correct route.
- What data does the app collect?
- Only what is needed to run your account and challenges: your name, email and user ID from Google or Apple sign-in, your optional profile photo, challenge activity, purchase history, crash logs and device identifiers. We never collect precise location, contacts, messages or card/UPI details, and we do not sell data or show ads. See the data-safety summary below.
